Inspired by traditional animal themed decoration, the Salad Bowl Koi boasts a stylized carp, a typical Japanese fish which stands out in the middle of the bowl. Here, the illustration has a hallucinogenic twist, as the shapes twist and turn across the porcelain that is embellished by a golden border. An irregular shape with an asymmetric border reinforces the psychedelic effect. Like other bowls and plates from this series, Koi is crafted from quality porcelain and measures 18 cm in diameter. Perfect to add a quirky accent to a dining table.
