Crafted by hand using premium materials and a striking 90-step process, the knife provides professional performance and durability. The Solingen steel blade is perfectly sharp as well as rust-resistant and smooth. Versatile and practical, this knife is suitable for a wide range of uses, from cutting and slicing to dicing and mincing. The FSC-certified plum wood handle is comfortable and offers fantastic grip at the same time. A smaller 6’’ version of this knife is also available in our shop.
