Description
Oyster shells and pearls stand at the heart of the concept for the Oyster Lamp. Created by Ferm Living’s in-house design team, this table lamp references the organic forms and asymmetric curves of oyster shells found on a beach. Artistic in expression and strikingly sculptural, each lamp has a decorative shape. The light glows from inside the curved shade, referencing a precious pearl that remains hidden inside the shell. While the Oyster Lamp has soft sinuous forms, the finish is raw and rough. Each lamp is made from recycled aluminum with a traditional sand-casting technique that gives the material a wonderful tactility. A black patina completes the design, making the light look warmer. This table lamp comes with a dimmable LED light bulb.
