Invented by automotive engineer George Carwardine in 1932, the Anglepoise lamp rewrote the rules for lighting design with an innovative tension spring mechanism. The Original 1227™ Mini Floor Lamp features the same recognizable design of the original, but in a versatile floor version. As durable as it is functional, the lamp features a cast iron base with a steel cover, a chrome plated steel pole, an aluminum shade, and chrome plated fittings. Thanks to the flexible design, the user can quickly adjust both the height and angle of the lamp. This design is perfect for living rooms, lounge areas, and offices. Available in various colors, the lamp also features a stylish gloss finish.
