With this ingenious design, Jonas Grundell has transformed the traditional candle holder into an interactive object that can change its appearance in seconds. The curved arms move on the central axis, with a handy loop providing an easy way to separate or connect the different parts. Whether spread out, with the four candles oriented in four directions, or placed in a spiraling arrangement, Nordic Light will steal the show in any décor. The choice of materials enhances the design further. Crafted from lacquered or stained rubber wood, the arms boast a matte surface. The steel candle rings and the hinge feature a contrasting black finish that makes them resemble cast iron. When not in use, this flexible candle holder folds neatly to occupy a minimum of storage space, but you’ll probably want to leave it out on display, anyway.
