Description
At first glance, it could be a sculptural object. And that’s part of the point. The Matrioska Shaker, designed by Lara Caffi for KnIndustrie, reimagines a barware essential through the lens of form, weight, and material. Inspired by the silhouette of the traditional Russian nesting doll, its outline is soft, intuitive—an organic shape that sits comfortably in the hand and catches the light just enough.
Made from aluminum with either a stone-washed or anodized finish, it’s available in four quietly expressive tones: natural aluminum, bronze, gold, and black. The two-piece construction opens with a subtle lateral shift—no twisting, no threading—just a clean separation of upper and lower forms. The result is a shaker that feels like an object in conversation with its materials, not one trying to perform.
