Designed by Thomas E. Alken for FDB Møbler, the M11 Sammen Bench brings the warmth of indoor seating into the garden without feeling precious. It’s built from solid teak with a natural oil finish, left open in structure so air and light pass through easily. The backrest has just enough angle to make sitting feel relaxed, even over a long meal, and the three-seat length makes it a practical choice when you’re hosting more than usual. It pairs cleanly with the dining tables in the Sammen series, but it also holds its own under a tree, against a wall, or along a quiet path—wherever an extra seat might turn into an invitation to stay a little longer.
