Inspired by pencil lines on a blank page, the Filomena collection of pendant and floor lights leave their mark on a room’s décor. This elegantly simple series showcases how even the most minimalist designs can have a large visual impact in a space. Designer Matteo Ugolini created the collection with only two elements: clean straight lines and conical shapes. Made out of matte black aluminum, the lights stand out against white walls and light palettes, in a similar way to pencil marks on paper. The designs include pendants and floor lamps with one cone or two cones, or with cones in reversed positions. Users can install one light or several in an asymmetric composition for maximum visual effect.

Matteo Ugolini was born in Pesaro, Italy. He gratuated at Centro Sperimentale Design of Ancona. Upon graduation, he started collaborating with Studio Telemaco, developing furniture and accessories for a variety of design/architectural projects.
