Bridging two centuries, the Junghans Max Bill Mega Solar Watch combines the timeless elegance of Bauhaus design with a cutting-edge solar-powered movement. The 59/2020.02 variation from the Max Bill Mega Solar collection features a white dial with line and dot markers. Three slender hands indicate the hour, minute and second, the latter with extra-precise half-second motions. At the 3 o’clock mark, a small window shows the current date. Inside the 38 mm titanium case, there’s a state-of-the-art J101.85 radio-controlled solar movement. Unlike classic Max Bill watches, the time on this wristwatch can be adjusted either manually with the crown or automatically with the Junghans Mega app. Other features include a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective finish on both sides, luminous finishes on the markers, and a vegetable tanned calf leather strap with Alcantara lining.
