At the same time, it optimizes efficiency with a durable cast iron build that ensures even heating and searing. This pan comes with an included lid that doubles as a stand-alone grill pan, for more convenience. Other practical features include two handles, a precision milled bottom for extra stability, and precision milled edges. Seasoned with organic canola oil, the pan is non-stick and extremely easy to clean.
