Description
The Italiani boxed set is an exquisite collection of cheese knives by the Tuscan, family-owned business Coltellerie Berti. Handmade from beginning until end, each item is an heirloom individually crafted and signed by the artisan. The six-piece kit includes knives for hard, semi-hard, soft, and spreadable cheeses, plus a trapezium, a spatula, and a bow knife. Except for the latter, which is crafted from rush and galvanized iron, all of the knives are made of a stamped steel blade and a naturally finished boxwood handle.
