Meet the Serax Inku Steak Knife, the creation of world-renowned, 3 Michelin-star winning chef Sergio Herman. Designed with efficiency and ease of use in mind, the knife features a finely sharpened layered steel blade and a cherry wood handle with an elegantly rounded shape. The combination of materials references the principles of wabi sabi while exploring the tactility of wood and steel. Part of a collection of four knives, the Serax Inku Steak Knife can be used on its own or alongside its siblings to create a Japanese-inspired set.

Sergio Herman

Sergio Herman (1970) is a Dutch chef, entrepreneur, and designer. Born in the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands, he started his career in his family’s restaurant, Oud Sluis. He received three Michelin stars by 2005 and was named Chef of the Year twice by GaultMillau.
