Care instructions: Light shedding during the first weeks is normal. Brush gently with a soft broom or vacuum following the direction of the pile. Avoid rotating brush rollers. Do not pull protruding threads; trim them level with the surface. Rotate the rug 2–3 times per year. Absorb liquid spills immediately with paper towel or a clean white cloth. Lift solid residues carefully with the edge of a spoon or knife. Clean stains from the outside toward the center, test cleaning products in a hidden area, and use minimal mild detergent diluted in lukewarm water without soaking the fibers.
