The Edgy Rug by Tom Dixon is an indoor rug made with a New Zealand wool blend and a hand-finished textured border.

The design uses contrast through pile height rather than color. The center has a deep, soft pile, while the border is cut back by hand to create a lower, carved pattern around the edge. This gives the rug texture and definition without making it feel busy.

In the Natural colorway, the Edgy Rug works well with neutral interiors, warm wood floors, stone, boucle upholstery, leather, and darker furniture. It adds softness under a sofa, lounge chair setting, or bed, while the border gives the piece a more finished, structured look.

The rug has a handwoven base with a cut-back, hand-tufted pile design. Because of the handmade process, slight variations in appearance may occur from piece to piece.
