Description
Originally designed by Takenobu Igarashi in 1987, the Earth Clock provided a creative twist on the classic rectangular table clocks. Re-launched by Lemnos, the timepiece features the same spherical silhouette and intricate design. The rounded shape references the Earth. On the clock body, grooves represent the oceans, while the clear dome and dial symbolize the land. The blue second hand extends to both sides, adding a fun accent to the design. It’s also a sweep second hand, which means that it moves in a smooth fluid motion. The Lemnos Earth Clock is made from aluminum, ABS resin, and acrylic. It’s a perfect table clock for a bedroom or a home studio.
