The Dorica Mozzarella Holder by InternoItaliano is part of Dorica ceramic tableware collection, designed by Mario Scairato and Alessandro Stabile. The Dorica Mozzarella Holder pays tribute to Cilento, an amazing Italian territory located in the Campania region. Campania is renowned to be the land of buffalo mozzarella, pasta makers, excellent agriculture and unique ceramic tradition, like Vietri sul Mare in the Amalfi Coast. The hand-made serving plate is decorated with six bright colors according to the local ceramic tradition. It consists in two parts, a plate with a hole in the middle and a bowl that through the hole collects the milk that comes out from the fresh mozzarella. The colorful Dorica plates are created for everyday use, they bring on your table a hint of the southern Italy warmth atmosphere.
