Description
Picture an extruded-aluminum column, three-sided like the split stem of a reed. One edge points upward and bounces a broad wash off the ceiling; the other two faces carry satin diffusers that glow from top to bottom. Instead of the usual “torchère and dark shaft,” you get a light source that is lamp and lantern at once.
The Medas kept the profile slender (under 3″ wide) yet rigid, slotting warm-white LED strips into hidden channels and letting the anodized skin act as heat sink. A foot-pedal dimmer at the cord steps the output from soft background to full room fill, so the lamp can play task light beside a reading chair or stand in a corner like a luminous pilaster.
Finishes: Bronze, Anthracite, or Aluminum Grey — each subtly brushed to catch a hint of reflection when the side panels are lit. The weighted base tucks tight to furniture legs, and the 72″ height keeps the uplight comfortably out of view. Made, wired, and tested in Italy, Chiaroscura turns a familiar up-lighter into a vertical ribbon of light and shadow—true to its name.

Delivery: Our standard shipping provides delivery to the front door of your residence or the dock of a commercial building. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully transport the item(s) from the truck to the first available dry, protected area outside your premises (front porch, garage, etc.)
What's Included: Standard delivery includes delivery to the front door. For multi-unit buildings, the order may be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to individual apartment doors. In some instances, a signature may be required. Please note, this option does not include inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing debris.
