Description
Cassini – Nemesis is Anicorn’s latest automatic, built around a hexagon seen 746 million miles from Earth. That shape—a six-sided jet stream at Saturn’s north pole—shows up throughout the design: in the case, the crystal, the crown, and the movement of the second hand. The entire body is finished in sandblasted black PVD stainless steel with an anti-fingerprint coating. Even the lume is pulled from NASA’s data—Super-LumiNova® in a soft blue that traces the dial, markers, and hands.
The movement is a customized NH35-ATD with anthracite components and a 41-hour reserve, visible through an exhibition caseback. The rotor and bridge are finished in ruthenium with gold infill, offering just enough contrast without calling attention to themselves. The dial is etched in two layers, with markings based on actual measurements of Saturn’s jet stream—translated directly into timekeeping.
You can choose a steel bracelet or a black FKM rubber strap—both with quick-release ends. At 42mm x 41mm and under 15mm thick, the watch wears substantial but not bulky. 5ATM water resistance. No noise, no gimmicks—just clean geometry, quiet engineering, and a slow reference to something still turning above the clouds.
