This is a completely disappointing product and insultingly priced for the materials and design that you actually receive. It’s basically a packet of flimsy plywood that you assemble yourself with these tiny tacks that splinter the wood when you try to tap them in — and in my pack there were not enough tacks for the pilot holes that are shown on the birdhouse. Then, if you manage to complete it without destroying the paper-thin cardboard, you realize that there is no door or covering for the hole in the back where you insert the seed. As a result, the seed spills out the back the instant you attempt to hang the birdhouse. I nevertheless hung the birdhouse on a sturdy fence post and the next day found it shattered into pieces on the ground, presumably because a bird had actually tried to alight on the rickety metal perch, which busted all the useless tacks out of the flimsy plywood that somehow cost $69 because it resembles a Dutch architectural style. This is my first purchase from this store and I’d really like to mail back the pieces for a refund, since there should be a warning on this product that it has no actual use value and is only suitable for indoor display for Dutch architecture enthusiasts.
