Mepra was founded in 1947 by brothers Pietro, Felice, and Giacomo Prandelli. The company’s name stands for ‘Metallurgica Prandelli’, symbolizing Mepra’s origins as a brass and aluminum flatware manufacturer. Over the years, the brand expanded to include stainless steel, glass, porcelain, and wood materials. Collaborating with both established and young designers, the company produces elegant cookware and flatware. Mepra’s collections have received several awards, including Good Design Awards and Design Plus Awards. One of the brand’s most successful ranges, the Stile cookware collection designed by Pininfarina has won a prestigious Red Dot Design Award 2018 in the Product Design category.
