To design this shelf, Nanna Aakjær Svendsen took inspiration from the work of her grandfather Jørgen Aakjær Jørgense, the founder of Møbelintarsia, which later became Intarsia Furniture. Featuring a classic chamfered border and a curved shape, the Arcus shelf adds a decorative accent to a wall while providing a convenient way to display and organize a variety of items. The raised edge has a functional aspect as well, keeping objects secure and ensuring they don’t roll over to the floor. Beautiful on its own, the Arcus Shelf, Small can also be installed alongside the medium and large shelves from the same series. Available in white oiled, smoke stained, and natural oak versions.
