Description

Industrial design meets Italian style in Abchair. Designed by Paolo Rizzatto, this Danese Milano chair has a pared-down aesthetic to blend into any décor. It features tapered legs and a slightly angled backrest. Made to last, Abchair is crafted from two laser-cut parts. Bent and joined together with only minimal welding, the two anodized aluminum components look like a single piece design. Lightweight and compact, the chair is also conveniently stackable to occupy less space in storage. Plus, the aluminum build makes Abchair completely recyclable. Available in neutral colors and a more vibrant, dual-tone version with a perforated backrest.

Paolo Rizzatto

Paolo Rizzatto (Milan, 1941) graduated in Architecture from Milan Polytechnic in 1965. In his Milanese studio he works asa freelance in the fields of architecture, interior design and design. In 1978 he founded the company Luceplan with Riccardo Sarfatti and Sandra Severi. He has produced designs for many Italian and foreign companies: Alias, Arteluce, Artemide, Cassina, Danese, Driade, Fiam, Flos, Guzzini, Knoll, Kartell, Laura Meroni, Lensvelt...
