More versatile, this slightly smaller chef’s knife has a 16 cm blade and a design that makes it perfect for everyday use. Drop forged in Solingen, Germany, from a single piece of solid stainless steel, the CK16 Forged Chef’s Knife has a unique pattern on the handle. The signature open handle design allows the user to slide their thumb onto the blade at the balancing point for extra stability. Sharpened by hand, the blade cuts with precision. The knife suits both right- and left-handed users.

Drop forged in Solingen, Germany, from a single piece of solid stainless steel, the CK16 Forged Chef’s Knife has a unique pattern on the handle.     • Blade length: 6.3" or 16 cm
    • Hardness: 58 HRC
    • Weight: 0.39 lb or 180 g
    • Additional info: The knives are sharpened by hand just below angle 30° on both sides. For sharpening tools that can be adjusted, set the angle to 28° for the best result (14° per side)
    • Care: Rinse your knife after use. Do not let any food dry on the blade. Use only mild dish soap and non-abrasive cleaning utensils. Thoroughly dry your knife with a towel after cleaning. dishwasher not recommended
