From Aaron Probyn’s Borough series, these salad servers are cut from 18/10 stainless steel and finished to feel sure in the hand. Bowls are wide and gently cupped, so leaves and grains move as one; edges are thin enough to slide under without chasing food around the bowl. The handles sit flat on the rim between serves—quiet, tidy.
