The squared bolster transitions into a slim, tapering handle that feels secure in hand, whether you’re carving at the table or slicing in the kitchen.

At 9″ long and 9.87 oz (0.28 kg), the blade carries enough weight for smooth motion but keeps a fine edge for thin slices. Turkey, ham, or a roast beef—all part easily under its narrow profile, with less tearing and more control.
