Luca Nichetto swaps fragile crystal for rotational-molded polycarbonate, then scores the shell with irregular grooves that catch and refract the interior bulb. Switch it on—via simple rocker or in-line dimmer—and the shade glows like sunlit water, throwing rippled bands of light onto nearby surfaces. At about the size of a melon, it’s large enough to anchor a corner but still easy to move, thanks to a transparent cord and lightweight steel base. Choose misty Grey for a smoky glow or Azzurro Light Blue for a coastal tint; each finish carries subtle bubbles and striations that echo hand-blown glass. Whether perched alone or paired with the larger Plass suspension above, the lamp brings a quiet play of texture, color, and shifting light to any medium-scale space.
