Description
Preparing legumes is an incredibly satisfying experience with the Morandi Glass Pot. Created by Piercarlo Crachi for Blueside Design, this glass pot draws inspiration from the artworks of Giorgio Morandi, who always included bottles in his paintings. The shape of the vessel also gives a nod to ancient glass bottles. Similarly to the Venere and Shotel pots from the same series, this glass cooking pot has a wide base and an elegant neck topped with a cork stopper and an integrated glass vent. The clarity of the lead-free borosilicate glass ensures that you can monitor the cooking process with ease, while the glass ladle offers a convenient solution to check if the legumes have the right consistency.
Easy to use, the Morandi Glass Pot for Legumes comes with a heat diffuser to suit gas, electric and infrared cooktops. The size of the vessel makes it perfect for up to 400 g of legumes, or 6 servings, which you can easily cook in 1.2 L of water. A plastic funnel for easy filling is also included. Every vessel is handmade in Italy by skilled artisans, offering many years of use.
