    • Additional info: The knives are sharpened by hand just below angle 30° on both sides. For sharpening tools that can be adjusted, set the angle to 28° for the best result (14° per side)
    • Care: Rinse your knife after use. Do not let any food dry on the blade. Use only mild dish soap and non-abrasive cleaning utensils. Thoroughly dry your knife with a towel after cleaning. dishwasher not recommended
