After its birth in 1900 by Edwin Moore, the push pin has come a long way from just tacking away documents and maps. Taiwanese based company Esaila, which means “can do” in Chinese, has a can do attitude when it comes to their products as they present their delightful little cork furniture called Pushpin. This lovely product can be used as a side table or as a stool.

Description

After its birth in 1900 by Edwin Moore, the push pin has come a long way from just tacking away documents and maps. Inspired by Edwin Moore pins shape, and blown the dimension up to create a playful interior element that’s flexible as it is fun. Notice the simple shape and explore the material at the same time. Characterized by an oversize familiar form and warm, natural cork, ‘Pushpin’ can be used both ways up; sit on the smaller surface or flip over to use as a coffee or side table. Pushpin is good to be a single side table beside a working desk, bedroom or sofa as well as practical to be a group of stools in a café, a restaurant garden, and other public spaces.
