The Lungangolo, a multi-functional furniture piece originally designed by Achille Castiglioni and produced by Karakter, is a testament to innovative design and space efficiency. Conceived in 1957 and perfected by 1966, it was born from Castiglioni’s contemplation of utilizing unused space, particularly in home corners.
This piece is defined by its four slender pillars that create a frame with a square cross-section, ingeniously designed to support variously placed square shelves. Its unique structure is further enhanced by the inclusion of a drawer and a side piece, adding both strength and functionality. Notably, Lungangolo was crafted in two versions to cater to both left and right-handed users, a nod to its thoughtful and inclusive design.

Gessato Design Store proudly offers Standard Delivery.
Delivery: Our standard shipping provides delivery to the front door of your residence or the dock of a commercial building. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully transport the item(s) from the truck to the first available dry, protected area outside your premises (front porch, garage, etc.)
What's Included: Standard delivery includes delivery to the front door. For multi-unit buildings, the order may be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to individual apartment doors. In some instances, a signature may be required. Please note, this option does not include inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing debris.
