Uto Balmoral

Uto Balmoral is a virtual designer created anonymously in 2011. Developed as an artistic project and as a product of the designer, the virtual persona’s purpose is to provoke, intrigue and make people think and smile. Uto Balmoral opened his first exhibition during the 2011 Milan Design Week. His designs are playful and tongue-in-cheek, whether it’s lamps that offer fun takes on classical sculptures or furniture that plays with the contrast between solid forms and voids. Uto Balmoral has collaborated with a series of renowned brands, including Seletti, Officinanove, and Tonelli Design.
