Signe Wenneberg is a Danish designer, author, and sustainability advocate whose work champions a circular approach to consumption. A graduate of the University of Copenhagen, Wenneberg has been a prominent voice in climate activism since 1987, serving on Denmark's Ethics Council and as chair of the Danish Ecolabelling Board. Her design philosophy centers on repurposing existing materials and creating products that can be reused or recycled at the end of their lifecycle. In collaboration with Rosendahl, she developed Reduce, a collection of flower pots and bird feeding stations crafted from recycled plastic. This collection reflects her unwavering commitment to reducing environmental impact and encouraging sustainable living. Through her designs, writings, and public speaking, Wenneberg continues to inspire a more mindful approach to consumption and production.
