Frédéric Gooris, an accomplished engineer turned designer and entrepreneur, leads Studio Gooris with his distinct creative vision. He kickstarted his career in 1998 with an engineering degree from Hogeschool Antwerpen, later attaining a Master's in Design from Domus Academy in Milan. Gooris has left his mark on multiple high-profile projects for leading brands including Target, Alessi, and Siemens, under the guidance of design luminaries Philippe Starck and Stefano Giovannoni. In 2004, he launched Studio Gooris, demonstrating his commitment to innovation. Amidst the 2010 financial crisis, Gooris relocated to Hong Kong, embracing new challenges and inspirations. His entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Bombol, a design-centric baby furniture company in 2009, and the Crisp Vision Company in 2017. Today, Gooris personifies innovation, narrative and entrepreneurship in every endeavor.
