Born in 1957, Stockholm-based Björn Dahlström is a renowned Swedish designer. While his work focuses on furniture and industrial design, his projects vary widely. The designer’s portfolio includes furniture, tableware, cookware, carpets, bicycles, and toys, among others. Throughout his career, Björn Dahlström has collaborated with well-known brands, including Iittala, Nikari, Marimekko, and Atlas Copco. His work has received various awards, including the inaugural Torsten and Wanja Söderberg Prize in 2001. Dahlström’s designs are also included in the collections of several museums around the world, from the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London to the National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo.
