Founded in 2009, Shift is a furniture and home accessories brand directed by designer Wim May. The Shift collection features products designed by Philadelphia-based multi-disciplinary practice Shiftspace. Focused on materiality, function, and minimal aesthetics, the designs are also sustainable. Whether crafted from natural or synthetic materials, all Shift products are specially made to last and to defy the throwaway mentality. Expressive and often designed to tell a story, the Shift collection suits a variety of spaces, from residential to office settings and public outdoor areas. The company’s designs have been featured in various publications including Sunset Magazine and Apartment Therapy.
