Japanese cookware brand JIU 10 is the brainchild of design studio TENT and family-owned factory Fujita Metal MFG. In 2016, the two companies started a years-long collaboration with the goal to create an innovative frying pan that combines the cooking and eating experience. The JIU 10 collection includes cast iron skillets in different sizes and with different types of solid wood handles. To make the design, the brand introduced a patent-pending mechanism that slides the two sides of the handle onto the pan’s rim. All JIU 10 products are crafted by hand in Japan by master craftspeople.
