Brooklyn-based CW&T is an art and design practice founded by Che-Wei Wang and Taylor Levy in 2009. The two founders have similar backgrounds. While Che-Wei Wang is an artist, designer, and architect who has experience in fabrication technologies, electronics, and CNC machining, Taylor Levy is an artist and designer who loves to explore the inner workings of objects. CW&T designs and produces a wide range of items, from practical tools and home accessories to custom bikes with experimental frames. Every product, large or small, is overly engineered and crafted to last a lifetime. The studio designs, prototypes, and makes all products in-house, with more complex projects completed by local and other US manufacturers.
