The Jarn cocotte has a dodecagon shape and integrated handles. It also comes with a lid with handles. Precision milled edges and a concave bottom complete the design. Made to last for a lifetime, this pot is skillfully made by hand from cast iron with traditional techniques and an organic canola oil seasoning. The oil not only protects the cast iron, but also makes the surface non-stick. This product can be used on all types of stoves, including induction and gas.
