Serve your guests in style with the Harvey Plate/Tray. Designed by award-winning designer Aldo Bakker for Thomas Eyck, this collection represents the best of contemporary Dutch pottery design. Unlike traditional porcelain tableware, this series is minimalist and almost spartan in appearance. The Harvey Plate/Tray has a simple circular shape and a 4cm/1.57in high edge. This allows the user to place glasses and cups inside the tray and carry them to a table safely. Crafted in the Netherlands, every product from the Harvey Series is made by Studio Zand from warm anthracite porcelain with a hand-polished finish. Thanks to its minimalist design, this tray can be used on its own, alongside other tableware, or paired with the other products from the same collection.

Aldo Bakker

Aldo Bakker was born in 1971 in the Netherlands. He grew up in a creative family - his parents are Emmy van Leersum and Gijs Bakker, both visual artists and jewelry designers. Gijs Bakker also co-founded renowned conceptual design brand Droog. While Aldo Bakker did attend classes at the Design Academy Eindhoven, he left school and rejected formal arts and design training.
