Ordering and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Gessato Shop accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.


Will I be charged?

Gessato Shop collects the appropriate sales tax for each county in the state of New York on all orders shipped.


How will I know that my order was accepted?

After you click “Submit Order” an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address entered when the order was placed. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account.


How long does it take to ship?

Due to the type of products in our shop, your order may take up to 5 business days to process. Please keep in mind that we have to process and pack your products for shipment, and some items may be more fragile than others. Your delivery time frame will always include the shipment type chosen by you at check out plus the number of days required to process your order.


How can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to alter or cancel your order, you must act promptly by contacting us at help[@]gessato.com as soon as possible after your order has been placed. Kindly be aware, though, that once your order has reached the processed stage, we are unable to accommodate any amendments or cancellations. The processing time for orders is swift, and any request for modification or cancellation must be made before the order processing status is initiated.

We endeavor to provide the highest level of service, but due to the nature of our operations, we cannot guarantee that every change request will be fulfilled. In cases where modifications or cancellations are not possible, we regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. We will strive to assist you in the best possible way, notwithstanding these limitations.

My item is backordered. What does this mean?

Good things come to those who wait! We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve them, and then we’ll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket, and also during checkout. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances we may experience delays.

If your order contains a mix of in stock items and backordered items and you select express shipping, we will only be able to apply the expedited shipping to the in stock items. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive.


Price adjustment policy

Should an item from the website be marked down please contact us within 7 days from the date of shipment, we will honor a one time price adjustment. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new card will be issued for the amount of the credit. Please contact us to request a price adjustment.
