The Cotton Bag is part of Nepal Projects, a new initiative launched by Menu in collaboration with aid organization Danida and various design studios. The goal of the project is to help vulnerable young women, weavers, and craftspeople in Kathmandu enjoy fair employment, a decent standard of living, and future opportunities. The products are made using traditional Nepalese techniques, natural materials, and a Scandinavian aesthetic. This Cotton Bag designed by Norm Architects is no exception. Featuring a simple construction and a minimalist design, the bag is both stylish and practical. The gray cotton canvas is durable, while the black leather handles add a more refined accent to this product that offers functionality with a difference.
