The Milan Box Set is Coltellerie Berti’s answer to the kitchen drawer full of mismatched knives. Fifteen specialized knives and tools are organized across two fitted drawers in a substantial wooden case, covering food preparation, cheese service, and dining in one complete set.
The upper drawer holds five essential tools for preparing, cutting, and serving food. The lower drawer adds three knives designed for different types of cheese, Berti’s versatile Pontormo multipurpose knife, and six Convivio Nuovo table knives for individual place settings.
Each knife combines a satin-finished stainless steel blade with a glossy Cornotech handle. Berti uses this durable resin to recreate the tonal variations of natural horn, while full-tang construction carries the blade through the length of the handle. The blades are laser cut and sharpened through Berti’s multi-stage manual process.
At nearly 24 inches wide and weighing more than 20 pounds complete, the wooden case is substantial enough to remain on a counter, sideboard, or dedicated kitchen shelf rather than being treated as disposable packaging. Made in Italy by Coltellerie Berti. Hand washing and immediate drying are recommended to protect both blades and handles.
