Description
The Hori Hori Ultimate II is a versatile garden knife inspired by the traditional Japanese digging tool. Designed for planting, weeding, cutting roots, and working through compacted soil, it brings several essential gardening functions together in one durable tool.
The heat-tempered stainless steel blade features a pointed tip, a straight cutting edge, and a serrated side for cutting through roots, stems, and tougher plant material. Its concave profile also works as a small scoop for digging and transplanting, while the one-inch markings along the blade help measure planting depth.
The full-tang blade extends through the walnut handle for strength, balance, and better control. A flat pommel at the base can be used for light striking tasks, while an integrated twine cutter and bottle opener add further functionality.
The Hori Hori Ultimate II includes a protective sheath made from heavy-duty 900D polyester with full-grain leather details. A metal belt clip keeps the knife within reach, and the open-ended construction allows loose soil and debris to fall through instead of collecting inside.
