Modulor is a wool rug built on a flat handloom base, with a second layer of tufted wool worked directly into the surface. The raised areas form a repeating field of small triangular shapes that sit slightly proud of the ground, creating a clear shift in height and texture.

Underfoot, the rug alternates between flat and raised zones. The tufted triangles feel soft and dense, while the base weave stays firm and even. Light changes how the pattern reads. From one angle, the geometry feels sharp and graphic. From another, the surface breaks up into softer, uneven shadows.

The pattern runs consistently across the rug, but the hand process introduces small variations. Some triangles feel more pronounced, others sit lower, which keeps the surface from feeling mechanical. Modulor fits well in living rooms, dining areas, and workspaces where you want a floor surface with presence.
