Crafted from cast iron, the Surface pots spread the heat evenly and also retain it for longer. They are also compatible with all cooktops and can be safely used in the oven. This pot is perfect for soups and slow-cooked stews, providing a capacity of 68 oz. Choose your favorite from the Black or the Camo Green options. Larger and smaller pots from this collection are also available, along with matching cast iron casseroles, oven dishes, and sauce pots.

Sergio Herman (1970) is a Dutch chef, entrepreneur, and designer. Born in the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands, he started his career in his family’s restaurant, Oud Sluis. He received three Michelin stars by 2005 and was named Chef of the Year twice by GaultMillau.
