Begin the day with juicing, then run, stretch, fresh shave, shower, suit, plugs in, plenty of time to bike to work. And since you prefer finer things, there are no sacrifices here really. Just luxuries. Among them, the Dick van Hoff leather strapped canteen and lunch box set for Thomas Eyck packs your lunch in reusable containers without frumpy plastics. The beautiful package blushes in exquisite leather with hard shell storage that protects contents. Proudly produced in a collaborative effort with De Buffel leatherwork and Kuperus & Gardenier carpentry from the Netherlands, this handsome set represents a strong collection of pieces including a chair, a daybed, a firewood bag and a brief case, and a bag. It's the way you live, proactive toward your health, a consciousness for the planet. That's why the routine works so well and why you feel so good.

Thomas Eyck is a publisher and distributer of characteristic and exclusive contemporary design products. Keywords in the philosophy off his company are: care, attention and love for material, technique and design.

Dick van Hoff was born in Amsterdam in 1971 and graduated from Arnhem's School of Art in 1996. Now based in the Velp region of the Netherlands, van Hoff has produced a steady stream of exquisitely crafted and rigorously produced designs for both his own studio and for companies including Droog, Rosenthal, Royal Tichelaar Makkum and Weltevree. Through his own work and as a tutor at the Eindhoven Design Academy, Dick van Hoff has played a major role in shaping the future of a post-Droog Dutch school of design thought. His promotion of fine craftsmanship coupled with industrial techniques has forged a revived interest in the modernist principals of form, function and appropriateness.
