Every aspect of the rug’s creation takes place on the East Coast of the USA, demonstrating Cicil Home’s dedication to local production. Wool is sourced from small family farms and cooperatives in New York, Vermont, and Pennsylvania, then gently cleaned with soap and water in South Carolina. The wool is subsequently transported to North Carolina, where it is spun, braided, and sewn by hand to create the final product.
