Picture one of Børge Mogensen’s oak dining chairs, then shrink it until it fits a four-year-old’s world without losing a bit of dignity. That’s the P9. The frame is real, FSC-certified oak—no painted pine or plastic here—and the seat is the same hand-woven paper cord you find on its adult relatives, only lower to the ground and friendly to swinging feet. Kids can climb on without help, settle in for a drawing marathon, then drag it across the floor to build a fort; the chair takes the knocks and stays steady.

It was meant to team up with the matching P10 table, but it holds its own beside a small bookcase or under a loft bed. And when the floor needs clearing for race-car tracks, two or three P9s stack quickly in a corner. Grown-up craftsmanship, kid-sized independence—that’s the idea.

Mogens Koch’s MK46 was never just a sofa; it was a small lesson in architecture. The ash frame stands forward—clearly its own structure—while the upholstered seat and back float inside the timber outline, almost like cushions set into a finely made window. First built in 1947 for a Copenhagen manor, the design returns for Koch’s 125th anniversary, still faithful to the original joinery yet updated with FSC-certified wood and discreet padding that softens the sit without blurring the lines.

At a little over seven feet long, the three-seater feels generous but not bulky. The open underside keeps the piece visually light, and the absence of conventional legs lets the frame read as one continuous graphic stroke. Made in Slovenia by FDB Møbler, each sofa is hand-finished, numbered, and ready to anchor rooms that value Danish clarity over decoration.

Børge Mogensen drew this shaker style dining room table in 1950 for FDB Møbler, but it never made it to production. The reason? Its cross-leg structure was too ambitious for the tools of the time. Decades later, the design finally sees the light—clean, restrained, and quietly confident. The solid oak top has soft, rounded corners. The frame tucks in neatly, leaving space for legs and movement. It’s practical. It’s understated. And like much of Mogensen’s work, it feels like it’s always been there.
