Helps a ton to see how much time has passed since one full turn is 15 minutes. We both love the simple clean design with the yellow sand. The theme for my birthday party is: “How time flies”. I have white mantels with a gold runner across the table. I’m placing 3 of these timers, each on a hexagon glass coaster with gold trimming. As I narrate special epic memories of my book of life, my guests can enjoy the sand falling within the hour glass showing how time flies. I really look forward to seeing the look on my guests faces and at the end of it all, each couple can take one home as a party favor.
